It’s got to be done right. This part cannot be hacked. It’s time to face your relationship with food. Get it right, and you will see the benefits. Do it wrong…..well, we all know what happens when we get it wrong.

Do you have a small patch of dirt you can cultivate? How about some empty pots? Are you done mowing grass? I suggest you grow a mini garden.
04 Non Scale Victory
No tape measure or scale. Numbers are not the only way to show progress. We are so fixated on having numbers tell us if we've made progress. Other things show you that you are on the right track.

One of the easiest ways to impact your health is to get all the vitamins and minerals you can daily. Some of these vitamins will come from whole foods, and some from supplements.
06 Return to Play
You don't always need to be at the gym to be healthy. Playing should become an option for a healthy lifestyle. Can we have a healthy state of both body and mind through the act of play? I challenge you to try it.
07 Equipment/Home Training
It’s hard to think of your home as a place to exercise. I have friends who have built home gyms and don’t even use the equipment. Money wasted. If you work out from home, you must be ALL IN.

Most men find this topic hard to talk about. When you embrace having Low T and a limp pecker then we can move on to getting you help. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. It’s stupid not to get help.
